Episode Twenty Four
Eric and Jack join Dan and Adam in the studio this week to talk about … well, they talk a lot about the Nintendo 64, but also sneak in a few honorable mentions to streaming media. They mention Comcast’s plan to have a streaming media site, they also mention a few titles that will be leaving Netflix, and Dan reveals his finding of William Shatner’s newest album. Oh, and they discuss the Oscars. Then, they wrap up with Movie Bluff.
For this week’s Mic Check, Dan spends a lot of time going over the process of the show so Eric “The Red” knows what to expect. From there, Adam suggests a quick Mic Check topic, focused around the Nintendo 64.
For this track, Dan breaks out his favorite Nintendo 64 game, “Beetle Adventure Racing”. That’s right, a video game designed around the launch of the 98’s bug redesign. They play the equivalent to the “Mario Kart 64” battle.

For this track, the group returns to the Nintendo 64 for a few rounds of “Super Smash Brothers”. It starts out sounding like a bunch of guys playing “Super Smash Brothers”, where everyone’s quiet as they remember the controls, then the trash talk starts. After a while, Dan just contributes color commentary.
